🐾 BoneBattle – Consent & Terms of Use

1. Copyright & Image Rights

● Image Source: You confirm that you possess the unrestricted copyright and usage rights for the submitted photo (or that you have the photographer's explicit permission for use within the context of BoneBattle).

● Waiver of Liability: You indemnify and hold the creator (BoneBattleCards) harmless from any third-party claims arising from the unauthorized use of the provided image material.

2. Consent for Use (Physical & Promo) – Basic Consent

By submitting your data for the creation of your card, you consent to the following uses:

● Card Design: The processing of your data (name, stats, kinks) and your image for the creation of the digital print template.

● Promotion: The display of your card for promotional purposes on social media (e.g., Instagram).

● Starter Packs: The use of your card in physical "Starter Packs" (randomized card sets) produced by BoneBattleCards and distributed at events or via mail. This consent remains valid even if BoneBattle is later registered as a formal business.

3. Online Game & Database – Optional Opt-In

You decide for yourself whether your data will also be processed in the online version of BoneBattle. Without explicit consent, your card will remain a physical collectible only.

4. Design Protection & Integrity

● Prohibition of Changes: It is not permitted to independently modify or manipulate the BoneBattle card design (content, layout, typography, graphics, etc.).

● Printing Rights: You are authorized to print the card finalized by BoneBattleCards for private purposes. This authorization expires automatically upon revocation of this consent.

● Update Service: Changes to data or images are made exclusively by BoneBattleCards. Official update windows (approx. 2× per year) will be offered for this purpose.

5. Revocation & Data Privacy

● Right of Revocation: You may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. In the event of a revocation, your card will be deleted from the online system and removed from future print runs of the Starter Packs. Physical cards already produced or distributed are excluded from the revocation.

● Data Minimization: Your data will be used exclusively for the purposes stated above and will not be passed on to uninvolved third parties.
